These terms govern your use of the Gold Coast Bespoke website and services. By booking a consultation or placing an order, you agree to them.
Consultations & orders
Consultations are by appointment. A bespoke order is confirmed once garment specifications, fabric, and pricing are agreed and any required deposit is received. Because each piece is made to your measurements, orders are personalized and cannot be resold.
Fit guarantee & alterations
Every garment is backed by our fit guarantee. If a piece requires adjustment, our Chicago team will handle it; for clients fitted remotely, we cover local alteration credits or remake the garment as needed. Reasonable wear, changes in body measurements over time, and damage are not covered.
Pricing
Pricing varies by fabric and construction and is quoted clearly at your consultation before any order is confirmed.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, and the Gold Coast Bespoke name and marks — belongs to Gold Coast Bespoke and may not be used without permission.
